The drinks program takes classic Italian and twists it in a Melbourne way. Make your way through our dedicated spritz and negroni list (including cocktails straight from the Italian water feature) or our signatures which are both elegant and uniquely Italian, flick through the sorely Italian wine list with a few local favourites included for good measure and finish with of of the 50+ amaro and vermouths from the best suppliers in the world. Torino is an outstanding drinks journey!!

The food program will be focused, only around 10-12 dishes, but changing frequently based on seasonal availability and rotating through the plethora of amazing Aperitivo dishes from throughout Italy. We have a few larger dishes for sharing, incredible homemade pasta and an exceptional 500mg Scotch Fillet, then finish with something a little sweet for dessert.
